What do you need to do?

How it works

Step 1

Drop files

Excel, CSV, tab-separated or PDF. Several at once if you need to.

Step 2

See what is wrong

Every row is checked automatically, and what we find is listed in plain English — how many duplicates, how many date formats, which columns have stray spaces.

Step 3

Review what will change

You pick the fixes. Anything that could lose data arrives unticked, and nothing happens until you say so.

Step 4

Download the result

With a Needs Review sheet for anything we would not guess at, and a Change Log of everything we did.

It will not guess

A tool that quietly gets three percent of a mailing list wrong is worse than one that asks. So when a value cannot be transformed with confidence, it keeps its original value and goes into a Needs Review sheet with the reason.

  • Never invents a value. A missing country stays missing. A malformed email is flagged, not repaired.
  • Never silently discards a row. Every row is in the output, in Needs Review, or counted as removed — and we check that before letting you download.
  • Asks when it is genuinely unclear. Is 03/04/2026 March or April? If nothing in the column settles it, we ask you.

Your files stay yours

A spreadsheet is often a customer list, a price book or a payroll. We treat it that way.

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest, with a key that is ours alone.
  • Deleted automatically — within 24 hours when you are not signed in — and you can delete a job yourself at any time.
  • Never used to train models. Not ours, not anyone’s.
  • The contents of your cells are never written to our logs, only counts and column names.
